ESB Business School at Reutlingen University has been in existence for more than 40 years. The business school is a faculty of the State of Baden-Wurttemberg’s Reutlingen University which was founded in 1855 and is home to more than 5,800 students, 2,500 of whom are enrolled in the business school. It is one of Germany’s largest Business schools and is continually ranked as one of the country’s top and most international business schools. It prides itself on the extensive business experience of its more than 60 professors and its excellent corporate contacts, which are integrated into its academic operations and sponsor the school’s activities.

The campus is situated in the foothills of the Swabian Mountains only 40 km south of the State’s capital – Stuttgart, which is located in the center of one of Europe’s largest economic and industrial centers.
ESB Business School has been system accredited by the FIBAA: within the accreditation process the internal quality assurance system of ESB Business School was audited and awarded the quality seal of the accreditation council. All degree programmes of ESB Business School pass through this rigorous internal quality assurance system and in this way achieve accreditation.
ESB Business School is accredited by AACSB International – The Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB). Worldwide only five percent of all business schools bear this seal of quality. The AACSB is the largest accreditation organisation in the world with demanding quality requirements in relation to training and research at business schools.
